“After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: ‘Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!’” (Revelation 7:9-10, NIV).
This passage gives us a glorious vision of the future: an uncountable multitude of redeemed people from all over the world, united in worship of the one true God. There is no distinction of race, language, or culture because in God’s kingdom, all who have been washed by the blood of the Lamb are one in Him.
This is both a promise and a reminder that salvation is available to all who believe in Jesus. It is a call to unity in faith and a joyful proclamation that salvation comes only from God.
