A Worker Approved by God
This verse calls us to live with purpose and dedication in our relationship with God. To be an “approved worker” means to walk in commitment, integrity, and faithfulness—especially in how we handle His Word.
“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15, NIV).
This verse calls us to live with purpose and dedication in our relationship with God. To be an “approved worker” means to walk in commitment, integrity, and faithfulness—especially in how we handle His Word.
It’s not just about knowing the Bible, but about interpreting it correctly and living by it. When we seek to please God with diligence and sincerity, there is no reason for shame, because our heart is focused on honoring Him above all else. Are you striving to know and apply God’s Word in your daily life? Does your life reflect the character of a worker approved by Him?
A Worker Approved by God…Prayer: Lord, help me to live with integrity and effort in Your presence. Teach me to handle Your Word faithfully and to live in a way that honors You. May my life be a clear expression of Your truth. Amen.
