Sustained by His Faithfulness
Psalm 55:22 Life can feel overwhelming. Worries, fears, and emotional burdens weigh heavily on the soul. Yet the Lord, in His infinite mercy, invites us to cast our burdens on Him. We are not meant to carry them alone.
Verse of the Day (NIV): “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.”
Psalm 55:22 Life can feel overwhelming. Worries, fears, and emotional burdens weigh heavily on the soul. Yet the Lord, in His infinite mercy, invites us to cast our burdens on Him. We are not meant to carry them alone.
God promises to sustain us. He not only hears our prayers but acts on our behalf, strengthening those who trust in Him. Being righteous doesn’t mean we won’t face trials, but it does mean we have a firm foundation: the Lord will never let the righteous fall.
Today, lay down everything that troubles you before God. Rest in His faithfulness. He cares for you, lifts you up, and holds you steady through every storm.
Today’s prayer
Prayer: Lord, today I lay every burden in my heart at Your feet. Thank You for being my strength and my sustainer in times of trouble. I trust that You lift me up and sustain me with Your mighty hand. Abba Father, we bring this prayer in the Name of Your beloved Son, Jesus. Amen
