Steadfastness and Purpose in the Lord
“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.” (1 Corinthians 15:58, NKJV).
Verse of the day:

In this verse, Paul encourages believers to remain firm in their faith and to never grow weary in serving the Lord. The work of God not only has eternal purpose but is also rewarded by His grace and favor. Despite challenges and difficulties, our labor for the Lord is never in vain because it bears fruit in God’s perfect timing.
To be steadfast and immovable means placing full trust in God’s promises. It calls us to keep moving forward, assured that everything we do for Him has an eternal impact. It is not done in our own strength but through the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit who sustains and equips us.

Reflect: How can you abound in the work of the Lord today? Remember, even when you don’t see immediate results, your effort matters in God’s divine plan.
Today’s prayer
Prayer: Abba Father, in the name of Your Son Jesus, thank You for calling me to serve You with steadfastness and faith. Help me to remember that everything I do for You has an eternal purpose and is never in vain. Strengthen me to stand firm, especially in difficult times, and guide me to abound in Your work with joy and dedication. Amen.
