Before going to the cross, Jesus comforted His disciples with a wonderful promise: the Holy Spirit would come to guide them. They would not be alone. And this promise remains true today for all who believe in Him. The Spirit of truth not only reveals who Christ is but faithfully directs our steps in the Christian life. He doesn’t speak on His own—He communicates the will of the Father and leads us to discern what is true, holy, and eternal.
In a world full of confusion, it’s crucial to learn to hear His voice. He guides, corrects, teaches, and reminds us of Jesus’ words.
Are you letting the Spirit of truth guide you each day? Are you listening to His voice above the noise of the world?
Today’s prayer
Prayer: Abba Father, thank You for giving me Your beloved only Son, Jesus, for my salvation. And thank You for the Holy Spirit, who guides me into all truth. Help me to hear His voice, follow His lead, and live in obedience to Your will. I lift this prayer with thanksgiving.
