“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Ephesians 6:12 NIV The apostle Paul reminds us that our daily struggle is not against people but against spiritual forces at work in the world. This truth calls us to walk with spiritual discernment and to stand firm in faith, clothed with the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:13–17). In the face of injustice, temptation, and inner conflict, we must not see others as our enemy. Our real adversary is the devil (1 Peter 5:8), and only by truth, righteousness, faith, and the Word of God can we resist him. God does not leave us alone in this battle. He has promised to be with us and gives us authority in Christ to overcome. Therefore, we must pray at all times and stay alert (Ephesians 6:18).
Today’s prayer
Prayer: Lord, help me see with spiritual eyes and not fight with human weapons. Clothe me with Your armor and strengthen my faith. Thank You that in Christ I have the victory. Abba Father, we offer this prayer in the name of Your beloved Son Jesus. Amen.
