The Assurance of Faith

To have faith is to live as though we already possess what God has promised, knowing that His Word is true and His promises are unshakable. It’s not human optimism or wishful thinking—it is supernatural assurance rooted in the faithful character of our Lord.
The entire story of redemption—from Abraham to us—stands on this kind of faith: walking in obedience, hoping in uncertainty, moving forward even when the path is unclear, because we know whom we have believed.

Today’s prayer
Prayer: Abba Father, thank You for giving me Your beloved only Son, Jesus, for my salvation. Give me discernment to live in true faith, trusting fully in Your promises even when I do not yet see their fulfillment. I lift this prayer with thanksgiving and ask for Your help to walk each day with assurance in Your faithfulness.
