This verse reveals a glorious truth: in Christ we have free access to the Father. Once, sin separated us from God, but now, because of Jesus’ redeeming work, we can approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). Access does not depend on human merit or external rituals but on the perfect work of Christ on the cross.
The Holy Spirit is the one who guides us in this access. He unites us into one body and reminds us that we are no longer strangers but children and heirs of God’s promises (Romans 8:16–17). In the Spirit’s fellowship we find not only closeness to the Father but also unity with our brothers and sisters in the faith. Living this truth transforms how we pray, worship, and serve. Every moment becomes an opportunity to enter God’s presence, confident that we are received by grace. Our access is permanent, secured in Christ and sealed by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13).

Prayer: Abba Father, thank You because through Your Son Jesus Christ I have direct access to You. Thank You for Your Spirit who reminds me that I am Your child and guides me to live in fellowship with You. May I never take this privilege for granted but live each day with gratitude, worship, and obedience. I pray in the Name of Your beloved Son Jesus. Amen.
