“Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’” (Psalm 91:1-2, NIV).
Dwelling in God’s presence means living under His constant protection and care. This passage reminds us that those who seek refuge in the Lord find rest and security under His shadow. There is no safer place than being close to God, trusting in His power and love.
When we make God our refuge, we can face any adversity with the certainty that He protects and strengthens us. His presence is our shelter in the storm and our fortress when we feel weak.
