“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31, NIV).
This verse reminds us that every part of our lives can and should reflect the glory of God. It’s not just about spiritual acts—it’s about the ordinary, the simple, even the routine. Eating, drinking, working, resting… everything can become worship when done with a surrendered heart.
Jesus lived every moment to glorify the Father. In His words, miracles, decisions—even in His suffering—He always sought to please and obey God. He is our perfect model of a life wholly dedicated to the divine purpose. When we live with the intention of glorifying God, everything takes on eternal meaning. Our daily actions become seeds of faith, testimony, and obedience.
Pause and reflect
Reflection: Are you living your day-to-day life for God’s glory? What areas might need to be more aligned with that purpose?
Today’s prayer
Prayer: Abba Father, thank You for calling me to live each moment for Your glory. Help me honor You in all I do, no matter how small it seems. In the name of Jesus I give You thanks. Amen.
“With hope and joy in Him along the way with Him”
