His Presence Gives Us Rest… “The Lord replied, ‘My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.’”(Exodus 33:14, NIV).
These words were spoken by God to Moses during a time of uncertainty and great responsibility. Israel was in the wilderness, and Moses did not want to move forward without the assurance that the Lord’s presence would go with him. God’s answer is both powerful and tender: “My Presence will go with you.”
The life and ministry of Jesus confirm this same truth: we never walk alone. He said, “I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:20). True peace and soul rest don’t come from our circumstances but from knowing that God is with us.
When we rely more on His presence than on our own strength, we find rest even in the wilderness, in trials, or in weariness. Are you seeking rest in God or in your own strength? Are you recognizing His presence as enough for your daily walk?.

Prayer: Abba Father, thank You for Your promise to go with me and give me rest. I don’t want to move forward without You. In You, I find peace and direction. In the name of Jesus I give You thanks. Amen.
