Verse of the Day: “I thank my God every time I remember you.” Philippians 1:3 NIV The apostle Paul wrote these words from prison, yet his heart was not marked by discouragement but by gratitude. Despite his circumstances, he remembered the believers in Philippi with joy because they shared with him the faith, love, and work of the gospel. His gratitude did not arise from material things but from the spiritual fellowship that God creates among those who belong to Him (Philippians 1:5–7).

Paul prayed with joy because he knew that God Himself was working in the lives of the Philippians, perfecting His good work in them until the day of Christ (Philippians 1:6).
Gratitude strengthens the bonds of Christian love and keeps our hearts focused on eternal things. Remembering others in prayer not only blesses those we pray for but renews our own faith. To thank God for the people He has placed in our lives is to acknowledge His faithfulness and constant care.
Today’s prayer
Prayer: Abba Father, thank You for the people You have placed in my life to share faith, love, and purpose. Teach me to pray for them with gratitude and joy, knowing that You are at work in every heart. May my life always reflect the joy of walking together with my brothers and sisters in Christ. I pray in the Name of Your beloved Son Jesus. Amen.
